Working principle: The motor drives the high-speed turbo pump. The slurry is sucked into the vortex from the bottom and ejected from the upper end of the barrel, creating a high-speed liquid flow. A strong vortex is formed in the barrel so that the dry powder and water are fully and uniformly mixed, so as to achieve the purpose of preparing a slurry with a low water-to-binder ratio.

The system is designed to provide continuous mixing operation. It is a combination of a steel plate cylindrical mixing tank, a heavy-duty slurry pump, and a mixing tank mounted on a solid base.

Water, cement, and bentonite are mixed by a high-speed vortex created by a special pump. As soon as the mixing process is complete, the mix is transferred to the mixer.

A slow stirring paddle prevents the grout from settling out of suspension and removes any air bubbles from the mixture. The mixer and agitator are switched by a butterfly valve.
