High speed grout mixer machine

Gaodetec Euipment sells high speed grout mixer machine, which make the mixing efficiency high and easy to operate. Extract materials such as cement, water, bentonite and additives from the high-speed impeller pump and rotate at 1500 rpm to prevent agglomeration and ensure complete wetting. The mixing time is only 2-3 minutes, which greatly saves time. Compared with ordinary paddle mixers, our grout mixer machine has a higher mixing speed, and the mixing is more uniform.

Instructions for high speed grout mixer machine:

1. Check and fix the mixing impeller, and make sure that there is no leakage in the slurry pipe.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water, start the equipment for cleaning and wetting the pulp barrel and pipes, and discharge the water into the pulping machine after cleaning.

3. Add 80 kg or more of water, start the pulping machine, add the powder uniformly in the specified order, control the addition time within 5-6 minutes, until all the powder is added 3~continue to stir for 5 minutes.

4. Transport the prepared slurry to the slurry storage bucket to maintain dynamic slurry storage.

5. After connecting the grouting machine pipeline to the slurry storage bucket or transporting it directly to the grouting machine hopper, start grouting.

6. After injecting the slurry, immediately clean the equipment and pipelines, and start the pulper so that the remaining cement slurry in the pulper and pipeline can be recovered.

Maintenance of the high speed grout mixer machine:

1. Before starting the grout mixer machine, please make sure that no moving parts are blocked by hand, and the connections in all places are fixed. You can then turn on the machine and make it idle. Pay attention to other abnormal conditions in the equipment during operation (continue to add water to the gearbox assembly for cooling during operation), so that when viewing from the gearbox assembly connecting shaft, the motor rotates clockwise, please pay special attention.

2. Regularly check whether basic grease is added to the gearbox assembly.

3. Avoid long-term idling of the circulating pump, and avoid large hard particles and easy-to-roll ribbons from entering the circulating pump.

4. When cleaning the high speed grout mixer machine, the valves at the bottom of the pulp bucket and the bottom of the circulating pump should be opened to completely discharge the residual cement slurry, so as not to harden and not affect the efficiency of the equipment.

5. Regularly adjust the tightness of the pump unit packing seal. Excessive compression will affect the service life of the packing and the efficiency of the equipment
