1. Ensure that the mixing impeller rotates correctly to prevent the slurry pipe from leaking.

2. Add an appropriate amount of water, open the equipment, clean and wet the pulping barrel and pipes, and drain the water in the pulper after cleaning.

3. Add 80 kg or more of water, turn on the pulping machine, add the powder materials uniformly in the specified order, control the supply time within 5-6 minutes, add all the powder materials, and then continue to stir for 3-5 minutes.

4. Transport the prepared slurry to the slurry storage tank to maintain dynamic slurry storage.

5. After connecting the slurry press pipe to the slurry storage bucket or directly transporting it from the slurry mill to the slurry press hopper, start squeezing.

6. After the pressing is completed, clean the equipment and pipelines, turn on the pulper, circulate and remove the cement slurry remaining in the pulper and pipeline.
