Although the mixing time is fast, the prepared slurry is uniform and sufficient and has no agglomeration or fisheye effect, and is particularly suitable for the production of high concentration slurries. .
When we use the grouting mixer machine, we should remember the following things:
1. Make sure the stirring impeller rotates correctly and the slurry pipe is not leaking.
2. Add the right amount of water, turn on the device, wash and wet the pulp barrel and pipeline. The water inside is released.
3. The added water is more than 80Kg (close the main valve in front of the hopper before starting the machine, adds water to the bucket, but do not turn off the main water supply.) It can be adjusted properly, and the transmission must be cooled and washed during the pulp. Turn on the pulping machine (otherwise the transfer assembly will be exhausted, add the powder material evenly in the specified sequence, control the feeding time within 5-6 minutes. After adding all the powder materials, stir for 3-5 minutes. Continue;
4. To maintain dynamic slurry storage, the slurry is transported to the slurry storage bucket Connect the slurry press pipeline to the slurry storage bucket or transport directly from the slurry machine to the slurry hopper, then the slurry begins to press.
5. As soon as is complete, the equipment and pipeline are cleaned, the pulp machine is turned on, and the pulp machine and cement slurry remaining in the pipeline are circulated and removed.
